Sisters and Brothers,

Please see the attached, recently signed, MOU regarding the newly developed GPS Training Program at the Hines Energy Complex. This program will provide Bargining Unit employees an opportunity and the resources and tools necessary to advance to full GPS at HEC. The Union and Duke Energy management have worked together, along with Mike Lofton from the Training Department, to get this done and remain committed to ensuring it is successful. The viability of the GPS skillset depends on it.
