Sisters and Brothers,
Please see the attached MOU regarding staffing at the Hines Energy Compex during the COVID-19 pandemic. This agreement will require minimal Bargaining Unit staffing levels to operate the plant while allowing other crews to work from home and remain isolated and free from exposure. Thank you.
