You may receive a Company email directing you to follow instructions and update your career profile through Workday. If you choose to update your profile, you absolutely have that right but doing so is NOT mandatory for Bargaining Unit employees. You already have a job in a classification that was defined through bargaining and there is no expectation or requirement for you to change your career path or progression. Should you be directed or compelled by supervision to update your profile against your wishes, please contact your Local Union leadership as soon as possible. Thank you.
