Duke Energy has kicked off their annual Power of Giving Campaign, and the Union encourages participation for those members that are willing and able. The Company will match up to $2500 annually for charitable contributions to eligible 501c3 organizations. If you are already contributing to a 501c3, you are leaving money on the table by not signing up through the Company portal. Again, this program is completely voluntary but such a great way to support those organizations that depend on the generosity of others to improve the lives of the less fortunate.
