Sisters and Brothers,
Please see the attached Memorandum of Understanding that was recently agreed to and signed, regarding a scheduling modification for the dispatchers at the DCC office. This MOU, in accordance with Article VI, Section 2(B)(4)(e), will allow 2 dispatchers, selected by seniority, to be scheduled on dayshift Monday through Friday to prepare switching orders.
