Please see the attached Memorandum of Understanding regarding the 2013 Memorandum of Changes. This MOU will provide a one-time exception to Item 18 and adjust the wage rate of the (4) employees named who are currently in the classification of FSR and not making the "grandfathered" rate of pay.
