Sisters and Brothers,

Because of a change in current business needs, the Company recently engaged the Union for the purpose of revising the Voluntary Overtime MOU. The parties worked diligently in an attempt to address the needs of the Company while still maintaining the intent annd spirit of the original MOU. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a compromise that would accomplish both. After careful and thorough consideration, the Union has notified the Company that we will not be able to agree to their terms in a way that is fair to our membership. As such, the parties have mutually agreed to nullify the MOU effective immediately. Capital grid work overtime will still be available going forward but will be scheduled according to the terms of the  contract and COORS. Thank you and please continue to work safely.
