     Please remember to complete your annual enrollment for health and insurance benefits no later than Nov. 8, 2019 at 11:59 p.m. For those choosing a high deductible option with an HSA, be advised, the Company is transitioning away from Optum and will be using Fidelity beginning in 2020. As such, you must accept Fidelity's terms and conditions during enrollment in order to open an HSA account with Fidelity. You will be given the option to continue using the money in your Optum account until it is exhausted, or moving the money to your new Fidelity account free of charge. In either case, all new contributions must be made into your Fidelity account.
