Sisters and Brothers,
Please see the attached MOU recently agreed to by SCU8 and Duke Energy Florida. Because we are still working hard to get an agreement in place and because we are still making progress in that respect, the parties have agreed to extend the working agreement until December 13, 2019. Thank you.
