Please see the attached clarification to the out of town storm language negotiated and ratified in the 2019-2020 MOC, Exhibit J. As the Union and Company bargained over the change to how the percentage would be used to staff out of town trips, Union Proposal 56, the parties knew there would be questions arise that we didn't necessarily address at the table. The attached document captures and, hopefully clarifies, the intent of those discussions. Thank you and please continue working safely.
