See the attached MOU regarding Journeyman Line Techs, Trouble Techs, and Substation Electricians, bidding or being awarded an FMT Trainee position in Buena Vista. This one-time agreement will allow a journeyman in one of these classifications, who is awarded the FMT Trainee position, to have the journeyman's rate of pay frozen.
