Please see the attached MOU regarding Line Apprentices. Because the Company implemented a new safety rule that changed the qualifications for Designated Observer and thereby restricts the pool of apprentices qualified to serve on the NTLC, the Union and Company agreed to limit the amount of times an apprentice could be compelled in a calendar year. Please continue working safely.
