Please see the attached Memorandum of Understanding regarding Production and Maintenance Leaders at the Hines Energy Complex. Obviously, this concept is new to the Hines' contract, but union leaders will work with local management and Labor Relations to answer questions that arise and resolve unforeseen obstacles that we may encounter.
