Sisters and Brothers,

Please see the attached letter regarding line apprentice progression and how they will be selected to attend phase school in accordance with the changes detailed in Item 17, (M-28) of the 2020 Memorandum of Changes. Specifically, those who progress faster than others despite having less seniority. The Union is in agreement with the content of this letter and it will stand as clarification and resolution of any dispute. Thank you and please continue working safely.
