Please see the attached 2022 Memorandum of Changes. The parties are still finalizing Exhibit A and other Exhibits as well as formatting the contract language for print. Once complete, the full MOC will be sent to the printer. The contract will also be posted on this website in it's entirety and the Company will provide access to the contract via the portal.
